Charmed Vengeance blog tour

Charmed Vengeance Official Blog Tour

A special “Thank You” to Suzanne Lazear for making this tour possible.

In the Faerie realm, Noli Braddock's relationship with her best friend V has grown into something more. But V's mother, Faerie Queen Tiana, has ruled that they are forbidden to see each other. Returning to the mortal realm,Noli joins the crew of her brother's air-pirate ship, the Vixen's Revenge. There she discovers that her brother has hired the scallywag Faerie huntsman, Kevighn Silver. While serving as shipmates, Kevighn and Noli learn that the Earth Court King plans to find a forbidden artifact--one that will bring destruction to everyone Noli loves.

Review : Again Suzanne brings to life Nolis world! I couldn't help but fall even more in love with these characters.

There are many things that each character has to overcome. Noli with the sprite inside her head, going off with her brother seems like the good choice. The honest choice of what she really wants to do, she is going to follow her heart and hope that V can find a way for them to be together. She is a strong female character who is full of life, she is willing to anything to keep her friends and family safe.

V is on is own journey. The queen sent him on a quest and is hoping he doesn't come back. He is willing to do whatever it takes to get back Noli. He takes his brother along for the journey for help.

Kevighn Silver is an interrsteding character to say the least. As a huntsman for the queen, he had to bring back girls with the spark. When in exile take advantage. While him and Noli come across sensitive info about the king they have to do something. He is on a journey of his own and he is just fun.

Everything comes together beautifully in this second installment and I loved this one almost as much as the first. I can't wait to see what happens next.

A Jane of Virginia 1 Romance/Suspense There's an instant attraction between a girl from one of Virginia's oldest families and a maid's son, but secrets and dangers lurk in places no one expects. Twenty-one year old Jane begins her day like any other. She lives on a gorgeous Virginia Plantation and carefully avoids any type of responsibility. Everyone assumes she’ll marry her rich, childhood sweetheart until she meets handyman Alexander. There is an instant attraction between the girl from one of Virginia’s oldest families and the son of a maid and gardener. With Alexander’s encouragement, Jane begins to take on her family’s responsibilities but quickly starts remembering pieces of her forgotten past. Why does she have unexplained scars? Why is she suddenly afraid of everything? And why won’t her family tell her the truth? Alexander swears he won’t push Jane too far too soon, but he only knows half the story. The bigger the house, the more places there are to hide.

I wrote my first short story when I was five, but when an assignment in a lit course challenged me to “rewrite” the last chapter of Jane Eyre I was hooked. I dreamt of going to an ivy cloaked university in England or Scotland, but my health issues forced me to rethink that agenda. Working through and with chronic fatigue syndrome, fibromyalgia, food allergies, migraines and the scary health emergencies, I managed to finish both my Bachelor’s degree in English and History and my Master’s in Strategic Intelligence.

As a child, I wanted to be everything from a veterinarian (can’t stand to see any animal hurt) to an actress (too shy) to an astronaut (not good at science) to an Egyptologist (I wilt in extreme heat – or anything over 70 degrees). Writing makes sense to me. My characters pursue all the subjects that interest me and/or terrify me. I started with screenplays and TV scripts, and my first screenplay placed finalist and semi-finalist in several screenwriting competitions. Loving a challenge, I dove further into the writing craft to study dialogue, description, plot, pacing, story (if there was a book on writing I’ve read it).

When I’m not writing, I’m filling up bird feeders, troubleshooting computers, playing games (I’m a freak for logic problems and Tom Clancy video games), reading (anything by Jane Austen, Agatha Christie, Dean Koontz, Anne Rice), watching movies (I personally would like to recommend Joss Whedon be officially named a god). I’ve never met an animal I didn’t love and regularly rescue bugs and spiders. Living in North Carolina and Texas, I became the snake expert and successfully relocated many happy snakes who lived to tell the tale. I’ve lived in California, Arizona, Texas and North Carolina but have felt most at home in Virginia.

Flicker and Burn Blog Tour

Flicker & Burn Official Blog Tour
* A special “Thank You” to T.M. Goeglein & Penguin for making this tour possible.

Synopsis :
Sara Jane Rispoli is still searching for her missing family, but instead of fighting off a turncoat uncle and crooked cops, this time she finds herself on the run from creepy beings with red, pulsing eyes and pale white skin chasing her through the streets in ice cream trucks; they can only be described as Ice Cream Creatures. They're terrifying and hell bent on killing her, but they're also a link to her family, a clue to where they might be and who has them.

While she battles these new pursuers, she's also discovering more about her own cold fury and more about the Chicago Outfit, how the past misdeeds--old murders and vendettas--might just be connected to her present and the disappearance of her family. But connecting the dots is tough and time-consuming and may finally be the undoing of her relationship with the handsome Max--who's now her boyfriend. But for his own safety, Sara Jane may have to end this relationship before it even really starts.

Her pursuers who've shown her her mother's amputated finger and the head of the Chicago Outfit who's just whistled her in for a sit-down make a romance unthinkable. The only thing that matters is finding her family and keeping everyone she loves alive.

Review ::: Once again T.M creates another amazing action packed book. This book comes alive as you read it. Sara Jane is back and kicking ass. She is looking for her missing family, dodging bad guys, and trying to control her Cold Fury.

Sara Jane is amazing. There is nothing like a strong female character and she has every trait. She will stop at nothing to find her family, and keep everyone she cares about safe. But it is hard she doesn't know who to trust and it kills me at times that she is doing this all by herself. She has a new enemy and no idea why. The creepy creatures follow her and try to grab her but she is always one step ahead.

T.M takes us back in time and brings the Prohibition era to life just as much as everything else. I really likedthis sequel! I am looking forward to see where this book goes next.

T.M. Goeglein began his career as a writer of print and television ads for a host of advertising and media companies. As a screenwriter, he created both original scripts and worked as a script doctor for several production companies in Los Angeles. He was an original contributor to the Huffington Post 'Living' section, and continues to write for both the national edition and Huffington Post Chicago. Read T.M. Goeglein's stories on the Huffington Post.

His debut young adult novel, COLD FURY, will be published by Penguin/Putnam in 2012 and is the first in a trilogy; he’s currently working on the second book. He lives in Chicago with his wife, Laura, and two young children.

* A special “Thank You” to Elana and Random House for making this tour possible.

Ben: Having just graduated from high school, Ben is set to leave Gypsum, Nevada. It's good timing since the gypsum mine that is the lifeblood of the area is closing, shutting the whole town down with it. Ben is lucky: he's headed to San Diego, where he's got a track scholarship at the University of California. But his best friends, Pete and Hog Boy, don't have college to look forward to, so to make them happy, Ben goes with them to check out the hot chick parked on the side of Highway 447.

Lala: She and her Gypsy family earn money by telling fortunes. Some customers choose Tarot cards; others have their palms read. The thousands of people attending the nearby Burning Man festival spend lots of cash--especially as Lala gives uncanny readings.
